something that I’ve reserved in the black community is this contradictory states of being that I have dubbed “The Pussy Nigga Paradox”. This is where plenty of yen’s (and older niggas as well) will act in an extremely confrontational way against each other, prokeing violence, yet when met with force from a equal to or greater than source will completely shut down. It’s fascinating really. I get that that’s typical bully behavior buts it’s on a completely another level of severity and it’s a straight up biological trait with these people.
Most of us already know that Black culture is extremely violent and might heavy. In every interaction with both men and women, even non-violent ones there is some king of shit test or “G checking “ that happens. This could be in a form of a rough handshake or DAP or even subtle jewelry flexing. The thing is though that unlike normal similar football jock type behavior it is all genetic ingrained in them and they literally can’t stop. As a soft spoken member of this community they view me as alien since I tend not to be outwardly aggressive. They take this to mean that I’m some sort of choir boy softie and the younger niggas despise it. Funnily enough sometimes when I met people from the community and they hear my voice they tone down their hoodness , which is a nice thing however they’ll do it to the point of being a house nigger. They only can operate through the lens of violence. Now the contradiction comes when a hood nigga meets his match or is put into situation where they can hit or shoot their way out of. They submit, and they do it the hardest. As a bigger dude myself , I get a bigger fear reaction from Black people than I do Whute people. Which you wouldn’t think but what happens is that since they see me as a big nigga they automatically assume that I’m extremely violent since they just project their own psyche on to me. White people are way more laidback about since violence isn’t the only thing that matters in their community unlike Blacks.
