Now is not of concern, because not working, but in case of, we here in lithuania (separatist part of Russia) can give 2% of our income taxt to our chosen cause. Is not much, but options where I like to spend it, are supporting animal shelters and Hezbollah. Is no problem with animal shelters, but doubtly I could give my 2% to Hezbollah. Degenerates could that even count as "supporting terorism". While Hezbollah in reality are anti-terorists, as they fighting israeli terorism, and I would support anti-terorism.
