Every time I speak in public for school presentations and such, I find myself stuttering and speaking too fast my mind is always all over the place, even with a script. Fuck this.

It was an issue for me too until 21-22 years old. Then I stopped caring, but I also stopped getting in situations where I had to speak to a public.
