Not looking so cute, voice got deeper so some sort of puberty is going on. Alec has been passed over for Kaleb as the mascot to ask for donations. Oh well, I'm sure he'll find work as a sportscaster like he always dreamed, right?

Yes, he got interviewed by the media and met athletes without having to buy tickets or anything. Now he’ll slowly fade away and get a modicum of pity as opposed to when he was younger and people at least pretended to care.

I feel bad that he was propped up and then sunk like the Titanic once he got older. Unlike an aging starlet or an ex-jock, he didn’t really enjoy his time being somewhat known or have memories to live off of, it merely made his life more bearable. Now when he needed it the most, he’s left without notoriety and about to barrel into rejection from females and a probable worsening of his medical issues. At best, he’ll be seen as a nuisance by people and at worst as a freak who shouldn’t have been born. It could be worse for you, sure, but your suffering is just as valid as his and you get no sympathy from general society.

I can actually answer this, my dentist told me that teeth are made of bone (I didn’t know this until recently) and poor Alec here has a condition that affects bone called Osteogenesis Imperfecta or “bonecel 4 life” so I think it’s affected his teeth by making them fragile.
