You don't have to agree (and it's very resonable not to do so considering that I'm 2024cel), it's just a base to discuss stuff and I'll be thankful for any suggestions

1. Exceptions
I'm starting with this so you don't trigger about being unable to complete some before getting to this part.
If you're unable to do any of these directly because of disability or mental issues, of course it doesn't apply to you.
2. Contact with foids
You can't say you have no interests from them if you never tried to involve in any interaction. It doesn't have to be strictly asking out. Every contact makes you less afraid and gives you information on them (doesn't mean that you have to believe their words but you will probably observe something about their behavior).
Ideally, you should ask out too at least 2-3 times between the age of 12-25 and at least 1 year apart.
3. Coping before giving up
Inceldom is not the default choice after the first fail and if it happened to you, you might've been influenced by it. You had to at least try to maxx something.
That's why you should be expected to had a history of attempts on improving or believing in some sort of normie bullshit

What I'd consider a justified act of desperation:
- escortceling,
- being nice towards a foid you're trying to fuck,
- getting a fat/used up/ugly one,
- paying for a date if you got this far (but choose a cheap one and in best case not including eating out).
What is always related to being a cuck or a simp:
- paying for her more than you'd pay for a whore,
- agreeing with her bullshit against yourself (changing topic instead of going on autistic rant about blackpill or something else is fine),
- using incels lower in soycial hierarchy in attempt to achieve sex (I don't necessarily mean mogging as I'm sure some of us mog ITroons who do it),
- paying on OF or streams.
