Like, I was already pretty much a nutcase, but when I found r/incels and later on these types of PSL forums, holy fucking shit.
I feel like anyone who's a mentalcel is really holding themselves back if they spend a lot of time here. I went from just being a little socially awkward and shy to being a complete high-inhibition sperg, can't talk to people normally anymore, can't make eye contact whatsoever. etc. I think of literally everything in terms of looks now, even the most inconsequential shit.
even most people i know irl think im performing some very elaborate troll scheme when i talk to them, vent about life, etc, that's how far gone i am. these fuckers aren't even taking me seriously whatsoever anymore.
basically, whatever the case may be, forums like these really aren't great for your mental health whatsoever. i literally feel my head getting fucked the more time i spend here, but i can't stop. it's fun to have a few laughs and shitpost, too addicting. everyone can relate to you on here, etc, but of course it comes at the expense of being able to function like a normal human being.
