Not Ps2 but I remember once my Xbox 360 gave me an error screen, apparently HDD error. I restarted it and it worked well but I almost had a heart attack kek, all my saves in there.
Don't remind me, I had a safe mod loop with my ps4. I hate an orginal power adapted that it uses, it slides out too easly
