I've interacted with enough National Socialists in real life to know that most of them have a good enough understanding of the ideology they identify with. Their worship of Hitler is sometimes a bit too overbearing for my sensibilities, but it's not like they deviate too much from what the actual nazis believed. I wouldn't know if this is the case in Japan as well
