i spoke with an expert regarding it yesterday, it's currently going through the bureaucracy stages with the government and the likely chance due to the backlash it won't get passed since they have other bans proposed instead like social media for under 16s.

I checked some of them with Tor+VPN, and they seem legit, but I'm not risking buying anything from there (in Minecraft of course)
