HTML & CSS are a good place to start, but I wouldn't call them programming.

Go learn Express/NodeJS to learn how to host those pages and handle routing, that is actually useful.

I do, it's honestly a really fun hobby if you find a good project to get behind. Some people hit a wall early on with finding a good project in their skillset but if you get creative you can find one I'm sure.

Yea start off with front end (html, css, and some javascript).

then learn to make programs with python or java.

and yea once you learn the tutorials, the most important thing to keep you going is to find the projects that interest you to build.

don't work on projects you don't give a shit about cuz you'll just get bored and quit.
