I've been concidering gymcelling for a while now, but I have no idea what type of body my end goal should be, since I've heard many contradictory statements on what foids find most attractive.

Personally I think foids like the pretty boy physique the most, you know the type. Slightly toned bodies with visible abs/pecks nothing too strong, but a clear indicator you take care of your health.

Maybe I am wrong but I've always heard foids say that buff physiques like that of zyzz:

Are based on the male gaze, and aren't as attractive for women as men think. Is this cope?

What would be the ideal physique for a 5 foot 7 - 8 ish sub 5 ethnic in the west.

I'm not doing things for foids anymore, there is no point. I'm too old and my genetics were just too bad.

Btw if you don't have amazing strength genetics like me then you can never be too big while being lean simultaneously. If you don't take steroids and stay at 10% bf.

All you need to be is Lean. You don’t even need to be ripped with a six pack, it’ll improve you not much. All that matters is face and height and to an extent race.
