Posting about the Problems without offering any solutions is pointless.
But sometimes, there really is no solution. And sometimes, people don't want solutions. Accepting there aren't always solutions, accepting not everyone wants to have solutions can be as liberating as finding those solutions.

The first step to coming up with solutions is acknowledging that there is a problem in the first place. It can certainly get excessive but I don’t think merely talking about a problem is pointless at all.

If people didn't bother to post without a solution for the problem, this forum wouldn' exist.
I think it's healthy to vent. Personally, I feel so fucking gaslighted on a daily basis, whenever someone in this site or some other one "validates" the experience I'm going through, I feel better. Without it, I'd be wearing a straitjacket and in an asylum cell by this point.
