Post Stalin Soviet Union was a Communist Utopia

I've been doing research on the USSR and apparently people had food, water, shelter. People got to live in apartment buildings, they didn't starve.

The starvation was largely in Ukraine and ended before Stalin died. Life in 80s/90s Soviet Union was perfect.

Yeah life in the USSR was actually pretty decent during the Kruschav/Brezhnev ,not great due to sanctions and having almost no trading partners and being under constant threat from imperial powers but yeah it was good as you could be Paid ,yes you read that correctly paid to study whereas in the US you become a debt slave .Also there was government assigned housing as opposed to stupidly high rent.However Yeltsin and Gorbachev fucked everything up

That doesn't sound good, universities are a scam. The promise is that if you study you'll be able to get a job which lets you take out debt, and if you are able to take out debt then you rule the world.

I was promised I'd be able to rule the world.

Or the government would just assign you a job and a house that would be that and you could live pretty decently

On this we agree. It's better to not take that debt instead, or take a much smaller one.
