Just some shower thoughts:

Introduce a sex tax where one has to register for.

This tax gives the person a license to get contraception and abortions.
However, one has to be a payer for a year (or several) before any of these benefits.

Depending on how much money the tax accumulates, the tax would give free abortions to women and free vasectomy to men.
If the tax doesn't accumulate much money, then the person can get the services with money and the license.

No hold on for that free contraception thing.
Only women can apply for another tax: abortion tax. If a lot of women do abortions, then the tax will be higher.
Also, to prevent cucks from paying for these women, every woman's annual income will be checked and compared to the tax.

Thoughts and improvements, please

A sex tax is a very good idea

I'm not so sure about this.

On one hand, I don't mind if only sex-havers pay for certain items on the budget. STD screening and treatment, for example. Why should the public have to pay for a roastie's medical care because she was too stupid to use a fucking condom?

On the other hand, we don't want poor people to reproduce as quickly. I wouldn't be surprised if poorer individuals are more likely to opt-out of a "sex tax" because they need to scrape by with every dollar they can -- resulting in their being denied subsidized abortions. That's the thing: we want them to get abortions. We want to prevent individuals from living socioeconomically dastardly lives.

We should definitely eliminate any child-based tax deductions though.

Good points. I also thought about not letting women give birth in hospitals if they don't pay cor the tax

What about this?

We "sex tax" everyone and if they choose to opt-out after the end of the fiscal year they can get a tax refund.

If you have a child and/or are married, you cannot opt-out. If you've used any of those covered services in the past year, you cannot opt-out.

That would prevent people from opting out of the sex tax and then requesting government services later on. It'll also encourage people to file their taxes on time.

Good thinking.

I'd add checking for STD's as one of those services

I don't want to pay more into sexhavers. This is a pointless tax for a virgin like me.

The point is that virgins don't pay

You realize legislators up and coming are the reddit SJW generation. This is shown by the fact that California changed not disclosing your HIV status to sex partners from a felony to a misdemeanor.
