It's a weird thing really. I'm an extrovert so I love social energy. I find a city fundamentally more appealing than the country, for example.

I even quite like attention even to some degree if it's negative.

But I think I need to learn to differentiate between positive and negative social energy better. It's just that when you feel starved of it... you feel like you'll take anything, I guess.

I suppose it must be different for introverts at least to some degree.
 
I'm completely fine being alone and not speaking to anyone for months or to be surrounded by people, but people don't like being around me.
 
What difference does social energy make when you see nobody and talk to nobody ever day jfl
