I consider it, I had braces for years for my crooked teeth that fucked up my upper jaw, or maybe lower, I don't even know but it fucked up my face even worse in my teenage years.

Based i heared they do forehead reduction surgery as part of "foidisation"
Hope they do rhino too :feelskek: :feelskek:

I'm able to get near-free jaw surgery due to having obstructive sleep apnea :feelzez:

How did they diagnose you?
I already found out that I had it myself.

But the formal diagnosis was through a sleep study, both at-home and in-lab.

If you have a recessed jaw, it's worth checking out whether this causes sleep apnea.

I've seen cases where health insurance covers jaw surgery even with MILD sleep apnea. I have severe, for reference.

What were your signs?
Tired all the time, ADHD symptoms (which could be explained or exacerbated by sleep apnea), waking up in the middle of the night out of breath and with a racing heart, etc.

The brutal blackpill about sleep apnea is that most people find out they have it BECAUSE THEIR PARTNER IN BED NOTICES.

So it's no doubt a very underdiagnosed condition among incels.

How did they test you for it?

What kind of jaw surgery did you get?

no way trannies get it for free

why am I surprised

Not any surgery yet, but it would be a double jaw advancement

I am still currently evaluating my options for the best surgeon

BTW: if you do have sleep apnea, you need to first demonstrate to your doctors and insurance company that you cannot tolerate a CPAP. CPAP is the first thing they'll want you to try, but after that, you're free for surgery.

DO NOT fall for the meme of "removing tonsils." Tonsils are only a problem in the airway because the jaw is too small to make room for them in the first place.

One surgeon I saw acknowledged this, but he still wanted to do a tonsil surgery just for the shekels before he would do jaw surgery, KEK

Even as he admitted furthermore that it likely wouldn't resolve the sleep apnea issues, only a minority of adults benefit from it, and even then it is often short-lived. Yet it is very painful too :feelsugh:

The tonsil surgery is meant to enable him to do further procedures that are quite inefficacious and likely wouldn't work either (like UPPP), only having a slightly higher success rate than tonsil surgery itself. Meanwhile jaw surgery cures sleep apnea in ~95% of cases

The at-home sleep study measures your breathing at night, namely whether you stop breathing.

The in-lab sleep study requires you to sleep overnight in a clinic/hospital. You have all these devices attached to your scalp and chest while observed from a camera. They may try to titrate CPAP during it.

Can you get an underbite surgery?

Not sure but it seemed to me like they would correct dental issues such as this as a matter of course, given that they are a result of a recessed jaw in the first place.

Alright, thank you for the information.

Is this US only ?

it all comes back to trannymaxing

That might work. Say that you identify as a FtM transgender (even though you're already male) and demand that the doctors give you free jaw surgery to make you more masculine.

If they say no, threaten to sue them for transphobic discrimination.
