(Non-Incel-Discussion) Would like to talk about Scientology Cult and their pitiful employees. I feel sorry for them.

I've seen videos of a Scientology worker on TikTok (Sebastian) where he now has a whole following of people saying he should stop and they want to help him.
They've even found old pictures and videos of him from his youth, shown them to him and whenever he sees them and people ask him about them, he keeps his fake smile, but you can see in his eyes that he's crying out for help and wants to get out.

Then it came out that they work for $50 a week for 70 hours (without commission, a little more with commission).
Why would they do that? It also came out that he is from Colombia. I could imagine that Scientology (at least in the USA) might be exploiting needy refugees/people and misusing them for their work.
