Modern Hebrew is a pidgin/constructed language, and the pronunciation and inflection is largely different (Has European/Ashkenazi influence from Yiddish) than what Ancient Hebrew would have sounded like. Ancient Hebrew was a pure Semitic language and would have sounded much closer to modern Arabic than to modern Hebrew.

TLDR:
Arabic sounds better. Modern Hebrew sounds bizarre, and try-hard
