This all despite the fact that "only" 70,000 Afghan civilians were killed as a result of the US-Afghanistan war from 2001 to 2023. That's 70,000 over 20 years. Israel is being about 20x worse. Hence the potential for genocide.

Your problem is that you just don't read or educate yourself at all beyond the most superficial talking points.
If beloved moral Israel is doing "a lot of work to ensure humanitarian supply" why is it's biggest ally (USA) threatening an arms embargo for blocking US-funded food and medicine supplies from entering Gaza? Why was the amount of aid allowed to enter this past September "the lowest of any month in the past year" per the US government?
