A little over 21 inches. 

I just wish I had a thick neck (and bigger head) so I could be more proportional. 

I probably have the longest neck on this forum, and it's skinny too, like a pencil.

IDK, I wish I measured before I started lifting. My frame was Zyros-tier so probably 17 inches.

Probably, I think they grow until you're in your early 20's.

There’s two types of shoulder width:

1: clavicle tip to clavicle tip
2: meat to meat

Number 1 you cannot change. Average is about 16.5 if I remember correctly.
Number 2 you can change. Average is 18 if I remember correctly.
