The poll's options are not logically correspondant with the question. The options are hypotheticals in the future and the question is asking about something you have or haven't done in the past. If this factor was agreed upon, I can almost guarantee no incel has rejected a woman, because women are almost never initiators in relationships. So if an incel is attempting to initiate relationships with women frequently and continually being rejected, how could it be that an incel has rejected a woman before? I highly doubt that incels are just being asked out by swarms of physically deformed women and then being rejected by them.
