If the top %10 are Chads or chadlites, then by height alone that'd be 6'2''. And I don't really think it's reasonable to expect 30 lbs of muscle to go and maintain on an average frame. People do it but they're a small minority so Chadom is practically unattainable for anyone under 5'8'' unless your maxing out all other states.
But all 6'3+ 28 BMI or less average face or better men, non frameless are Chad or Chadlites
