This incel tax will be entirely taken from technologies and products used by foids to increase their SMV. E.G. dating apps, make-up, birth control pills, alcohol, cigarettes, all these products will be taxed and foids will pay more for those goods and services. Foids will pay more taxes if they use tinder or other dating social media, because it has been proven that tinder only work for Chads and causes massive psychological problems to incels.

If a foid want to use tinder, she has to be charged with taxes for the incel population she will exclude and will make feel miserable.

All the money collected this way will be used to fund the special program for incels: free whores for uglies, disabled, and sexless males.
