Based Police Brutality Is an Example of Toxic Masculinity

I know this might seem bluepilled since toxic masculinity is a feminist term, but I have a take on it. I do think there is non-toxic or benevolent masculinity, but it's suppressed. Benevolent masculinity is fatherhood and breadwinning. I also think there's benevolent feminity. Benevolent feminity is motherhood and wifery. Perhaps abortion and false accusations are what toxic femininity may be.

I think cops are examples of toxic masculinity because they are violent kidnappers and killers, traits which are sometimes associated with the worst of men. Most cops are men. Swans has a song called Cops which says nobody rapes as much as cops. Rape can also be considered an example of toxic masculinity though to be honest I do think false accusations are bad. Cops are part of the problem when it comes to rape because they imprison men who become victims of prison rape.

I know this post might be controversial. I don't know what toxic masculinity is, but I know what "toxic" and "masculinity" individually mean.

Cops suppress benevolent masculinity. They suppress it by separating men from women and paying them pennies where they can't become husbands, fathers, and breadwinners. I'd also say the minimum wage laws also suppress breadwinning. Maybe the lack of basic income also suppresses fatherhood since some men might not be able to afford fatherhood otherwise.

All Christians should be police abolitionists. I'll make a thread about this some other time though.

Yea, I have a hard time thinking of good threads to post, I have thought of around 10 reasons why police should be removed, now that you gave me that idea I might post it here

I liked your post, but I wonder why you hadn't posted it before. Maybe you shouldn't have posted it so you could have expanded it and written a book, though I don't know if you would want to do that.

I didn't think that anyone would like the post, and yea, it probably could be expanded and made into a book since there's most likely many more reasons as to why police should be removed, what are some of your reasons for why the police should be removed?

I think I'll keep it up, but I also would like to expand it, what are your reasons for removing the police? Or are they all the same as the reasons that I gave?

I've made a few posts on the police and I was thinking of condensing them into one post one day. But I guess I could try to write it down from memory. It's not really just about the police, but also about prison. (This is sort of repetitive since I've posted the same things before)

The US has 5% of the worlds population yet 20% of the inmates, so it does seem like there's too many prisoners.

Suicide is the leading cause of death among prisoners which shows how much suffering imprisonment inflicts.

Japan has one of the lowest incarceration rates, yet I think it's also considered safe.

As I said in my OP, cops are pretty much kidnappers.

Money spent on police could be used to help people in other ways as this picture shows.

I think I heard something along the lines that Chicago spends more on policing one day than on an entire year for substance abuse.

Charles Dickens said solitary confinement is worse than physical torture.

Prisons are eugenics which prevent marriage and reproduction because they separate men from women and prevent men from becoming breadwinners.

As for the police, the police do seem bad. I think a cop shot at Laquan McDonald sixteen times for no reason.

I think people who have been in prison have a lower life expectancy, so in a way prison abolition may be pro-life.

Incarceration seem to be a continuation of Jim Crow laws because felons are not allowed to vote everywhere.


Jesus said prisoners are the least of these and that he came to free prisoners.

This is why prison and police should be abolished.

When you realize this matters, you realize your other opinions should change.

It seems like you need to accept animal rights. Animals are treated like prisoners. Earth Crisis said all prisoners should be freed in their album Vegan for the Animals.

We need more immigration because it would reduce the incarceration rate if there aren't more prisons built because that rate depends on the population size. I also heard immigration detention centers are owned by private prison companies...

Prisons should house both genders together so that prisoners can marry.

I also think we should vote Democrat. I heard AOC say the police should be defunded. I guess not all Democrats are good. California passed this bill that led to a "ninefold increase in California's prison population."

Personally, I support gun control. I was watching the news with someone. The story was about a man shooting at an airplane. He said that's why there should be longer sentences. My thought was that's why we need gun control. Something about gun control just seems to be compatible with abolition...
