@Kevin Logan
I was looking for a Guide and found this One.
Every Pokemon game should come with some sort of Manual like this FROM THE FUCKING START!!!

Tbh

And there should have been a Pokedex in magazine or book format depicting every Stat and Moveset of every single Pokemon at least up to 3rd Gen.

That way, no one would have to depend on the internet, giving you far Greater Agency on your Shit in peace.

A lot of old jrpg games have tons of obscure mechanics that are only found 20 or 30 year later, thanks to autistic fans that dedicate great part of their time to reverse engineering the game. The Monster rancher series is a good example of this. Digimon world 1 as well

I fucking despise EVs in these Pokemon games. Adds so much busy work.

I know. I delay it by training other Pokemon. And means to get those vitamins to add to those starters. Otherwise you will just be training Speed for the most part.

Once i get ahead enough, it becomes easier to spread those EVs.

in Fire Red is fucking easy Because VS. Seeker item.
In Emerald post-game Ditto method.
