If your proportions aren't fucked up(low IPD, low midface ratio, very low FWHR, short face, very high IPD to name a few) and you don't have very noticable asymmetries in you middle and upper third or very disproportional facial thirds, plastic surgery can fix many features of your face including deformed jaws, hook nose, pointy ears, bad hairline, negative canthal tilt, bad undereye support, flat zygos, forehead size. The risks are there, but if you aren't a stupid fuck and carefully select experienced surgeons to operate on you chances are you won't encounter serious problems.

There is a high chance you can become average or above with these surgeries, fit in with people your age and enjoy life more than you do now. It's not a guaranteed you will get women because you'd have to be well above average to do so.

No, I have pictures of my old self. I can barely detect any difference at all, and the difference I can detect is insignificant to my overall rating. It didn't make it better, nor worse. Just very slightly different

The cost for my subcision was $300 (no fillers, thats why the price is cheaper than average I believe), the Doctor used a cannula blunt needle so it wasn't really painful (just a lot of pressure as she's breaking up the scar tissue (you can hear and feel the tissue breaking). I think it is essential to find a good doctor though because she was asking me if it hurt before she moved the needle into a new plane, just to make sure she wasn't hitting any essential arteries and nerves. Regardless, I was super nervous about her subcising my temples (and asked her to not do the temples midway through her subcising my right temple) because of the important arteries in that region so she got kind of insulted that I wasn't "trusting her" lol. The spots where the needle is inserted are only swollen for 2 days, after that the swellness and entry wounds isn't really noticeable. But you should suction after subcision anyways, so you'll have bruises on your face for 2 weeks.

I dunno if I need orthoganthic surgery but i am considering it. I plan on getting genio/chin implant mainly which will fix my biggest flaw. My issues are neotyny, downswung jaw, and chin. Ideally braces/orthodontics can fix jaw but I might need surgery on it to. What would you recommend for downswung and for someone who wants more forward growth?
