Aside from rotting throughout most of it, my final session with my theRAPIST is on Tuesday.

I know therapist is cope and a massive meme here, but I will miss it because I have absolutely no social circle whatsoever, outside of professionals.
I also felt pretty nice to give me some people to talk to, even though our sessions have not cured me of my inceldom.

I've also got to go over to Bristol too to see some kinda activity centre to "learn new skills" or some shit.

Sounds like cope and a total time waster, but I have nothing better going on and it's something to do.

Yeah I get how you feel, the few times I tried therapy, whilst it ultimately achieved nothing, it still felt a bit better as it was someone to talk to.

What exactly happens when your probation ends, you just stop having meeting with them? The learn new skills thing sounds like a job centre workshop, they want to get you to wageslave ig.
