I'm almost at the end of the episode but I wanted to share some thoughts. No spoilers because it's pretty funny idk. Probably worth watching for the fun of it.
It... definitely thinks it's "planet of the incels", yes!
I don't think that title makes much sense, but yes it unambiguously thinks that's what it is.
It's very strange the way that people like the creators of this episode and things like Adolescence see incels. I still think "bad boy" sums it up quite well. Toxic masculinity and all that. Quite right-wing, in its way.
Amazing how on-the-nose this episode was about it. Not subtle at all - very, very "woke". As for the quality of the episode other than that... fairly low. Kind of 4/10 I guess.

The alternative that it seems to present to being an incel is basically being a simp. So instead of telling the woman what to do, you're supposed to take everything she says like it's gospel and do everything she says.
It's so ironic that in reality women usually hate that "good boy" behaviour and love the bad boy behaviour.

Another thing I notice with these "woke" shows is that oftentimes the rules on the good characters are so strict that only the villains end up with a vaguely interesting personality.
It would probably just end up being traditional tbh.
I guess it depends what you define as an incel.
But most incels seem to just want society to be roughly like the 1950s.
