You have to adjust for hypergamy though. Most 6/10 guys are dating/marrying 4s and 5s, sometimes lower.

So I'd say if you can't attract a 4/10 then you're probably not a 6/10 or higher (unless you're an arm flailing autist).

But I do agree with the concept of your life experience being a better way to judge your looks as opposed to any rating website. So if you're 22+, have never had a woman attracted to you, have never had a girlfriend, never get matches or replies on dating websites and have been rejected by every woman you have approached....well....you're probably ugly. And if girls have called you ugly then that pretty much seals the deal.
