Not bad but too much cheese, the rare time I have pizza I add mascarpone and chilli to your toppings or spicy large salami and sometimes a bit of mascarpone, very good. Making it yourself with pre made dough is much cheaper so I mostly do that not take away/order from pizzeria too expensive

that's not true I was in Genoa a few years ago it was a small non touristy pizzeria they had it on the menu (it was prosciutto and mascarpone) . Give me one example from the internet. You can find plenty on pineapple but not mascarpone
