Trust me man think of it as a workout yes it sucks yes its fucking ass but once its over its over just dont make it dirty again lol like i understand depressions a fucking bitch i’ll tell you this dont try to like ultra mega clean your room with wipes and try moping or cleaning your windows
Start small with whatever trash you have just pick it throw it outside all just enough to make your room walkable atleast then tmrw you can wipe organize your cabinets fix your table whatever you have in your room and then the following day just sweep and mop the floor
Dont try to do it all at once youre gonna tire yourself out
But youre doing good so far i mean you got the trash out of your bed thats a pretty damn good start
