The thing is, true story. I had a roommate that had a machete. He sometimes drank, and one night he went out onto the wooden apartment staircase, and started hacking the wood into pulp.
He spoke with a gleam in his eye of some fool breaking into the apartment, and "getting what he deserves"
I moved out soon after
