4 grams is a crazy dosage. I don't think I've ever taken more than 2.5 or 3 grams. 2 - 2.5 grams give me a strong buzz but it's not really like benzodiazapines or alcohol. You are more in control. But gives me a great body load. Not sure where you get your phenibut from. But either way be careful it's an addictive substance with similar withdrawal to benzos and gabapentins.
