Experiment people without jobs gets unemployment, why people like us that lack sex arent getting whores vouchers?

i can never understand it.
due to the incel life most of us are NEETS that doesnt give anything to society. alot even taking disability. we arent helping society, because when you lack sex and love in your life you dont have the power to develop a career and do good things.
my suggestion to all goverments is pretty simple:
whores vouchers for us.
like people without a job are getting unemployment to support them, we need to get whores vouchers.
like 5 vouchers a month. good looking whores, 1 hour everytime that all her holes are free to use. the whores will be clean so no condom needed so you can feel the hole.
just imagine the benefits.

1. our mental health will improve and push us to get jobs and stuff.
2. the whores will get money that way from the country so its also support them.

its a win-win situation.

I really couldn't tell you, as I have zero experience with either. All I'm saying is that if escortcelling were reasonably accessible to me, then that might be an option that I'd pursue.
