The implication is that, as somebody who has had the experience multiple times and takes their good fortune for granted, telling someone who has never had the experience in question is an absolutely asshole thing to do and completely lacks empathy. Extend the logic to the other analogy.
The implication is not that the lack of sex is like a disability, because if it was, then the logic of the implication would also extend to the second analogy and say that not having parents is a disability.
