Serious People that spend all day inside, how is your eyesight?

I spent practically entire summers inside in middle school and high school and I am fairly myopic now. However, I know others that did approximately the same thing and have decent vision. Wondering how you all fair.

My (and all) eyesight is genetical. -4.5 astigmatism. That's how my mother and grandmother had it.

Not that good, but I don't wear glasses because it's only really noticeable if I have to read text from far away. My left eye is significantly worse, though, if I poked out my right eye I'd be fucked.

It’s getting worse. Objects far away are getting more blurry. I guess LDAR is finally catching up to me.
