People say there is a bad boss at their workplace

Close to everyone saying it, and it's real, but who are precisely the people getting these positions?
Often, these are the same people who complain about that last boss, to act exactly the same later when they get promoted.

It's really comical and tragic at the same time, to see people who say oh the evil capitalists are exploiting us, but when they get promoted they are extra cruel to employees and want to exploit them to the max, and of course they will find a reason to justify this.

but these people go beyond that in fact, modern companies try to combat bullying etc... but it still happens, even they cannot combat it.
