Experiment People remember my name but I don't remember theirs

Im a regularly church attender (though i still only believe in the blackpill)

But one thing that caught me off guard is that, I never remmeber people's names at least not the ones outside of my group.

Every Sunday morning I go there and some people may say "good morning asiacel" and shit, but I don't even know who they are aside from their physical features (jfl)

One time at night, we had event at night so we did it and then I walked near the church so the girl (has a bf) says "hi, Asiacel!" yet idk what her name even is.

The weird thing is that there's like 1000 people at the church, old young fat lean tall short you can find them all. I just can't remember them all.

How do I enhance my name remembering.
