I notice that too, had a roastie complain about me making a hostile work environment because I didnt feel like reciprocating small talk while trying, you know, do the job Im paid to do. The problem is that men in management positions are rarely ugly, so they won't be able to sympathize one bit and will look at you as an ugly loser who's gonna make the company look bad. Occasionaly someone who's ugly will gain a management role but they're always a robust kind of ugly; never of the likes of st blackops2

Yup, what really bothers me about it, is when push comes to shove I probably know our work better than most of them. Im pretty sure the only reason she tried to strike up a conversation was to appear busy without actually doing anything. Oh well, freedom 55.
