There's this one escort I like to see. She is young (early 20s), great looks, great in bed. But she got fake tits and lip injections. She looked better with her natural lips. But I understand where you're coming from. If you have some facial deformity that can be fixed with plastic surgery, you should go for it. Just don't cheap out if you're going to do it and go for the Le Fort. Implants always look fake. Also, avoid rhinoplasty because there's a high incidence rate of it being botched and you can't replace the soft tissue. In addition, a botched rhinoplasty can have functional consequences. I guess the reason why people tell you not to do it may be because you're either not truly that bad looking (mentalcel) or they're trying to spare your feelings and virtue signal.

People have no problem with women getting plastic surgery, breast implants, or wearing makeup to mask their insecurities. Meanwhile, men are given cliched "Just be confident, it's all in your head bro!" advice. Also, ever notice how personality never seems to be brought up when a woman gets rejected?

Getting a lefort is fucking impossible if you are not medically deformed, implants or temporary fillers can still look decent if it is done properly. Also rhinoplasty is good if your nose is seriously fucked up, however it is better to move your maxilla forward in most cases nose itself is not the problem it is often the eye area or maxilla that causes an overly projecting nose.
