My theory from what I see is Asians send their best and brightest to the West. Or to put it differently, the brightest and afford the costs of moving to the West as a none refugee going to beg whites for welfare.

Then they say look at Asians pass rate, ALL ASIANS are high IQ, yet there are whites getting just as good results or better.

But they never ever show low IQ Rice, subhuman mental rice, simple minded rice.

Its like sending Europes brightest and best to Asia then saying look all whites are high IQ because Europes brain surgeons, rocket scientists, nuclear scientists are doing well in Asia
