tldr version gaming is not expensive use website like pc partpicker since it shows what motherboad and other component works with your gpu and cpu,buy a ryzen 5 4500 or i5-8400 and for gpu get a rtx 3050 8gb or RX 6600,if you want a low powered good graphics card get a rtx3050 6gb it consume 75 watt and can run dlss which is upscaling and the console run games by upscaling it and never native 1080p

anyone that says pc gaming is expensive is out of touch on pc gaming since it is only expensive on laptop so lets look at Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 system requirement Mnium because recommended is playing a game at high graphics setting cpu:AMD Ryzen 5 2600X / Intel Core i5-8600K which is weaker then the Ryzen 5 4500(https://www.cpubenchmark.net/compare/3100vs4816/Intel-i5-8600K-vs-AMD-Ryzen-5-4500) and you can find that CPU around $63 or more (https://pcpartpicker.com/product/m8BG3C/amd-ryzen-5-4500-36-ghz-6-core-processor-100-100000644box) graphics:6 GB VRAM, AMD Radeon RX 580 / Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 and that lose to a rtx 3050 6gb version which is a low profile gpu(https://www.videocardbenchmark.net/compare/3548vs5069/GeForce-GTX-1060-vs-GeForce-RTX-3050-6GB) and ssd,16 gb of ram are cheap and those CPU and gpu are under 200 dollars and you might find a gpu or cpu around same price that performs better then those component i just listed and now lets look at a gpu heavy game final fantasy 16 the game have a demo for anyone who wants to test their spec for free (
