Apparently there was a twitch livestream and a manifesto, reminiscient of Christchurch and Brenton Harrison Tarrant. I haven't found what the middle initial S. of Payton Gendron stands for yet or I would have included it in title.

I don't want to be up too late so hopefully I remember to dig into the evidence of this. I never completely read the ER manifesto but I think I read Tarrant's because it was shorter with less whining.
