That's like turning the tables on the Chads. Even if few women come initially it is still more than 0 and as many fewer for them. Besides we could also have legalized prostitution if we wished to or whatever other ban on the state level lifted. For Vegas hotels the mantra was 'build them and they'll come'. Same here - no need to consider why women would join us - we can safely assume there will be at lease some who do. And some is more than 0. So all we need to do is concentrate on building the product and make some effort 'selling' it. The number will depend on how good we are at it.

The underlying reason for inceldom is the fact that in modern society the active regular sex life of women is short - from marriage until divorce (on average from 27-37 for example). 100 year ago it used to be from close to 18 till death. So since the number of men and women is about the same there will be incels and Chads as a consequence of that arrangement. We just need to redefine the rules and make sure that every woman has regular consentual sex while she is in our jurisdiction. It's simple, really! The trick to avoid becomin an extension to current society is to not let women change our rules (maybe no voting rights on the local level, if that's illegal we can organize as a coproration with a permanent board of directors - nothing the law can say to that. Also limit the females ability to horad resources (currently 80% of purchase decisions are made by females) . We can't really limit their control as they are excellent manipulators, but we can limit what's there to purchase - limit imports to food, energy and basic necessities. Oh, and no guns - otherwise they'll take their voting rights back.
