Serious Parents Need a License to Procreate

Both of my parents failed me, unable to provide for me, Neglected emotionally, suffered from childhood trauma
and most importantly: gave me low quality genetics.
All of this is a perfect recipe for disaster, and made me the person I am today.

The government should hand out a special license to aspiring parents, and screen them upfront before they start procreating.
Its to minimize the chances of the offspring suffering in life.
Yea aight I get it, Of course the baby won´t be model tier in attractiveness, but at least screen the mental health/financial stability of the parents
before they bring kids into the world.
This may sound harsh, but IMO they should only provide this license to people who are at least 6/10 facially, goes for both males and females.
Cause most of you don´t realize, that because of female hypergamy, females ruin the potential of their offspring by choosing handsome men,
While they ruin it with their below average features and looks.
Hence I hate average women who date up, they don´t realize that they completely fuck up the sons genetic potential.
