Background: I go to uni in the USA. Parents from India (comparatively rich for curries). They called me yesterday and apparently this family in our "community" (caste thing I think) wants to marry their daughter to a man in America.

My parents falsely told these people that if this girl married me she could live in America (I would need a job for this to happen, not happening kek). They know I am subhuman so they are not asking for much dowry - the girls parents are poor so this is a major factor for them, they want to get rid of her but most people would demand a hefty sum of money (car, furniture, etc) in exchange for the girl marrying their son.

Apparently they have seen my pics and are okay with it. My parents sent me pics of the girl. She is maybe 4 or 5, but not too chubby. She doesn't have a college education.

The next step is meeting them. When my dad called he told me that we should try to ensure I don't meet the girl (make up an excuse, say I can't leave uni). This was major blackpill, even my dad knows if we meet she might hate me. My mom said that I should meet before marrying her though, since she might turn out to be different from her pics.
