If you shoot 3 times the dose of heroin that @FrailPaleStaleMale shoot it will kill you.

You need a drug that's easilly causes death. Most rect drugs arent really ideal. Don't bother trying to OD on H, it's not reliable. There's no guarantee the OD would be lethal anyway. Ive overdosed countless times. Some are better than others.
