Well first it's different from country to country. Usually a guy with his family proposes to a girl, she and her family decide to accept or not. if the guy is rich or had a good job her family will put heavy pressure on her to accept.
If the girl is getting old and hasn't married yet they'll force her to marry.
The thing that usually happens to Promiscuous women is that they suddenly disappear and the police can't find anything, but that's only if their family or parents find out.
