Even if some jobs remain 99% will be outsourced to AI with the CEOs pocketing the ridiculous profits. Humans cannot compete. In the next few years the world is going to change immeasurably and exponentially and IRREVERSIBLY. You can't just un-invent the atomic bomb and the massive effect it had on the world after. AI is the same. The world is going to change before our minds can even register it.

Not even that. If a humanoid robot can be 3D printed for less than a humans yearly salary even manual labor jobs can be replaced. The current cost of one is around $90k but it will get cheaper with advances in tech.

We really are on the precipice. There are rumors that GPT-5 is ready to release within the next month or so. It's only going to accelerate. The current pace is already terrifying. There's no reverse switch either... once progress accelerates the rate of progress isn't going to decrease. In our lifetimes we could very well undergo centuries if not millennia of equivalent technological progress... and it's entirely possible that breakthroughs in anti-aging and reverse aging technologies could make us near-immortal... I want to see AI destroy/replace "journalists" more than anything else. I can't even think of an occupation or job field with more egotistical pompous fucking cunts than the news or journalism sector. Those faggots need to stay losing, I am glad every time more of them lose their jobs.
