Yea but those guys are exceptions. BJ penn being one of the best submission grapplers in MMA. Everyone thought Takanori Gomi was gonna beat Nick Diaz until Nick Diaz used his massive reach advantage over Gomi.

Honestly they just need to pick their sports wisely. They probably shouldn't pick a combat sport or some American sport because they favor Chads. Instead they could choose football. Like look at Messi. He is a manlet (169cm) and he has been dominating the game for God knows how many years

Well of course, pretty much all of his opponents were taller than him and he was well past his prime when he fought Lennox.

What you said isn't really true though as Tyson often used his smaller size to rush down and devastate his opponents close range. What you said may seem like the truth but in practice well trained little guys can be deadly. Even IRL some huge slow guy actually might not be a problem but it's the little guy you gotta watch out for that has a black belt in kung fu or some shit.

The video you posted is entertaining it seems like a different weight class. That is a massive size difference, but I've seen it happen particularly very old MMA fights a good example of course is Royce Gracie.
